  • Selecting avaliable rental offers based on Client’s requirements.
  • Sending information packages including photographs and details of chosen properties.
  • Scheduling appointments with landlords and real estate agents.
  • Assisting during house visits.
  • Providing translation support in negotiating with landlord and signing the contract.
  • Filing applications for electricity, water, gas, telephone, mobile phone, internet, and TV services.
• Home and family. If your employee is moving with her/his family, we are a phone call away to advise you through every stage of the relocation: preparation, moving, and settling in.This package includes:
  • School/kindergarten pre-selection & visits.
  • Information on leisure activities, e.g. gyms, activities for the children, theatre, concerts, opera, etc.
  • Finding local domestic services (cleaners, babysitters, gardeners etc.)
